Move Better. Recover Faster.
Feel Stronger.

Meet Miranda

My journey into fitness began during lockdown, where I qualified with a Level 4 Master Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Since then, I’ve continued to build on that foundation with a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, allowing me to support clients with both training and recovery.

I work with a wide range of people – from those new to exercise, to marathon runners and cyclists – and every session is tailored to the individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and everything we do is built around your goals, your body, and where you’re currently at.

I believe movement should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability, and that looking after your body plays a huge role in both physical and mental wellbeing.

How I Can Help

Sports Massage

Targeted treatment to relieve tension, reduce discomfort, and support recovery – whether from training, work, or everyday life.

Injury Recovery

Support through injury or post-surgery recovery, helping you rebuild strength, restore movement, and return to activity with confidence.

Strength & Conditioning

Tailored training designed to build strength, improve performance, and help prevent injury – all built around your individual goals.

A Simple, Personal Approach

Understand You

We start by understanding you – your goals, your current routine, and any injuries or concerns.

Tailored Support

Each session is tailored to you, whether that’s hands-on treatment, guided exercise, or a combination of both.

Ongoing Progress

We focus on steady, long-term progress – helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.

Experience You Can Trust

Alongside my formal qualifications, I actively train myself and understand first-hand the demands that exercise and sport place on the body.

I’ve completed three marathons since 2020, including the London Marathon, and regularly take part in endurance cycling events such as the Dragon Ride in the Brecon Beacons.

This experience shapes the way I work – combining practical knowledge with tailored support to help you recover properly, move well, and build lasting strength.
